The Kia Kaha locket was designed with the Matariki tradition in mind of remembering those we have lost since the last rising. Inside, there are two spaces to place a photo of your loved ones, or if you email through your favourite photo to us we would be happy to print it out and place it in the locket before it is shipped to you.
The engraving on the side reads “Kia Kaha, Kia Maia, Kia Manawanui”, Be strong, be brave, be steadfast; as a gentle reminder to be strong and be brave when facing the pain of loss.
